Could you give an answer about home remodeling. I am currently thinking about remodeling my home (built in 1941) and removing plaster walls and replacing them with drywall/sheetrock. A friend has said that if I remove the plaster walls, that the value of the house will drop. Has anyone heard this and if so, why would that be when I’m improving the home.
